**Job Title: Warehouse Lead**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. The Warehouse Lead will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently. 

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and supervise warehouse staff when field personnel are scheduled to work in the Warehouse.
• Train new employees on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Update and review daily maintenance logs
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Oversee company fleet maintenance (equipment/truck maintenance, inspection/registrations).
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products while adhering to safety standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Oversee facilities/building maintenance
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the warehouse.
• Other duties as required.

**Qualifications:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Basic electrical skills to work with our equipment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks.

**Additional Notes:**

 - Must be able to maintain a valid DOT medical card.

 - Shifts are typically 8 hours per day.  Operations are not always suspended during after hours, weekends, holidays or emergencies; must be willing to be available to work as needed.

- Occasional travel required to job sites to provide maintenance assistance or parts delivery.
